An elegant wedding in Italy
Alessandra and Alberto had given us an anticipation of how sweet and delicate they were in their engagement at Park of Talking Tree in Treviso. They clasped each other and embraced themselves with great engagement.
Alessandra’s expression, when I saw her that afternoon, a few hours before the ceremony, spoke alone. It was sunny, radiant, and trembling waiting to wear her dress … and yes, she also met Alberto!
She had thought of every detail, from the glittered shoes she was madly in love with, to the crown of flowers for her flowergirl. Everything was ready and friends and relatives were waiting for her in the downstairs of the house she had prepared, cell phones in her hand, ready to immortalize the moment she would go down the stairs. And it was a really exciting time, with the dad waiting at the end of the stairs. She had never seen her before in her white dress.
In the church, the groom kept staring at the entrance waiting to see the White Maggiolone that would lead Alessandra to the Church. And here she comes and get out of the car with the veil moved from the wind. Wonderful.
The same sweetness in the eyes I had seen in their engagement session reappeared when they found themselves next to each other and I saw it all day. Not to mention the moment we were taking some photographs, waiting for the latest arrival to come to Casa Gobbato. The sunset light was our accomplice in those moments so full of feeling … and you know how much love that light! A day started well and finished big and that I will always carry in my heart.
